Taylor was very unsatisfied with his 120-hour professional online course. His course was subject to multiple technical errors which altered his score, something absolutely unacceptable! He also had issue with some of the course content which he believes as a native English speaker, was presented incorrectly.

A few technical glitches are often unavoidable with online products and we do have an IT crew at the ready to fix anything that comes up. We also have course editors that are continuously rewriting and changing course material as relevant and we always take student suggestions about changing course content very seriously.
