Nadia recently graduated college and decided to try her hand at a TEFL course. Thanks to myTEFL's student discount she got 50% off her 120 hour professional course and was ready to begin learning. Nadia found the material engaging, easy to digest and relevant. Good thing she has course access even after completing it so she can reference all the great material when the time for that lesson comes!

Online TEFL courses can be quite expensive. Cami was hesitant to sign up for his TEFL course with myTEFL due to the low price point, there must be something wrong right? Upon a recommendation from a friend, Cami decided to give myTEFL a chance and sign up. He was not disappointed! He found the customer service amazing and the lessons in depth and easy to follow. He found the quizzes to be a bit challenging which is actually a great thing for Cami, he tends to get bored of courses that are too easy and loses interest. We're glad you enjoyed your course Cami!
Nicole is an experienced college professor so she wasn't messing around when looking for the best online TEFL course. After weeks of careful and concise research, she settled on myTEFL to get her 120-hour certification. Nicole was very impressed with myTEFL's admin team and how great they were at answering all of her questions promptly. She also liked how intuitive the website user interface is as well as the logical progression and content flow of the lessons. Nicole didn't expect to learn much from an online TEFL course but was proven wrong, she learned a ton from myTEFL's course and feels better prepared than ever to embark on her adventure as an EFL teacher. Good luck Nicole!
Online courses can vary greatly in terms of format and user interface. Some online TEFL courses may be completely video based and consist of lots of assignments and some may be mainly text based with grading being applied through testing. Axel did not like how most online TEFL courses focus heavily on simply providing the certificate upon completion. Axel wanted a course that has a comprehensive syllabus, good organization an an intuitive user interface. He found just that with myTEFL. Axel likes how myTEFL's courses are structured so that the student is made to review and properly learn the material, something that he finds lacking in other online courses. Good luck on your adventures abroad Axel!
It's important to do lots of research before deciding on a large purchase like a TEFL course, they can be quite expensive and also directly impact your employability. Jesper made sure to do his due diligence before deciding on myTEFL and he couldn't be happier with his decision. Jesper especially likes the flexibility of myTEFL's 120 hour professional course. He can study for as little or as long as he likes without feeling like he left the course while in the midst of it. A big plus for myTEFL with Jesper is also the customer service who replied to his queries instantly, something that is very important!
The Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme (or JET as it’s usually referred to) is a long standing and respected program used by TEFL teachers looking to teach in Japan, a country with stiff competition when it comes to finding TEFL jobs. The JET programme is very picky with which TEFL certifications they accept and myTEFL has the privilege of being on their list. This review straight from the JET website comes from a myTEFL graduate teaching high school in the Tochigi prefecture through the JET programme. The graduate signed up after the helpful staff at myTEFL answered all their questions and was very impressed with the layout and content of the 120-hour professional course. They recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their TEFL skills.
Vivian really liked the flexibility and straightforwardness of the 120-hour professional course and is very pleased with her decision to go with an online rather than an onsite TEFL course. The main appeal to the online course for Vivian was the ability to work through the course material at her own pace. Onsite courses adhere to a strict 8 hours a day, 5 days a week schedule which of course tends to interrupt the other things going on in one's life. Online courses on the other hand can be completed casually alongside school, work or other commitments.
Ryan, like many others, was a skeptic at first. Like many, he was wary about taking an online course as opposed to an onsite one and made sure to do plenty of research before investing his hard earned money into an online TEFL course. His research led him to myTEFL and he is incredibly pleased with his decision. His favourite part about myTEFL is the helpful staff and incredible support they provide. He also really liked the logical flow and layout of the course. Ryan had absolutely no teaching experience/background but now thanks to myTEFL, he feels ready to take on whatever challenges the TEFL world might throw his way. Good luck Ryan!
Jacob was very impressed by the content of myTEFL's 120-hour professional course, a view which was shared by his wife who holds a 4-year degree in TESOL. Thanks to his TEFL certificate, Jacob landed a great job in China and is excited to begin his TEFL adventure!
